XFINITY PRODUCT ROCKSTAR

 

My team was tasked to create an exciting and impactful campaign, Xfinity Product Rockstar, to help sustain motivation, educate, and reinforce all Xfinity products. The campaign was built to drive excitement around the Premium Video on Demand (PVOD) release of Trolls World Tour​.

I partnered with DreamWorks Animation and other Comcast teams to create this month-long program designed to engage our frontline employees and leverage one of Xfinity’s largest internal platforms. The campaign produced quizzes designed to reinforce employee product knowledge. I analyzed the output from these quizzes and presented them in a weekly report.

Highlights / Key Successes

Employees drove 1.8% (a 43% lift!) in the movie rental of Trolls World Tour

87% reported learning said product knowledge improved

DOUBLED average daily platform logins to over 20,000 logins per day
